01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bg666 platform at bg666.lat, whether through a desktop browser or a mobile device, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with any part of the bg666 platform including but not limited to the casino games section, the sports betting section, the promotions system, and the customer support service.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bg666 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to a Bangladeshi payment method (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information if any detail changes. bg666 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bg666 recommends selecting a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security measures available on the platform. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. • One account per person: Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, device, or IP address may be treated as duplicate accounts and suspended.
• Accurate registration data: Any false, misleading, or fabricated information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Account non-transferability: Your bg666 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any third party.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bg666 may notify you before applying any dormancy policy to such accounts.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bg666 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare circumstances, processing delays attributable to the payment provider may occur, and bg666 cannot be held responsible for delays outside its direct control. Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification checks before processing, particularly for large amounts or where account activity has triggered a compliance review.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied by bg666, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Anti-money laundering: bg666 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or financial crime. Any account suspected of such activity will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant funds may be withheld.
• Source of funds: bg666 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a player account as part of its compliance obligations.
• Withdrawal restrictions: Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• Failed withdrawals: If a withdrawal cannot be processed to your designated payment method, bg666 will contact you to arrange an alternative channel.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

06 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

07 Game Rules and Fairness

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance in the account (after deduction of any pending withdrawals and any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

• Closure for breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, bg666 reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to bonus funds, free spin winnings, or funds involved in the breach activity.
• Self-exclusion closure: Players who have requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools will have their account closed for the specified period or permanently, as selected. Attempts to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires will be refused.

bg666's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bg666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

10 Amendments and Governing Law

bg666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, bg666 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to review these terms regularly. The current version of the Terms & Conditions, as published on this page, supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operational jurisdiction. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had not been included.
